3. Digital Downloads All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link. Redistribution or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.

4. Tangible Products Tangible items (apparel, stickers, accessories, etc.) are made to order. Processing times vary by product. Please review our shipping and refund policy for more details.

5. Web Design Services Custom design services are subject to a signed client agreement and may include separate terms, timelines, deliverables, and payment structures.

6. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and original materials (including downloads, graphics, and product designs) are the intellectual property of Mikki Media and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Mikki Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are not responsible for delays due to third-party vendors or shipping carriers.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

Tangible Products

We offer replacements or store credit for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email mikki@mikki-media.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size issues.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for any exchange consideration.
Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return.

Web Design Services

Custom service packages are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds or credits are issued only if Mikki Media cancels the project or fails to deliver agreed-upon services.
